  1. Do you accept phone orders?

We accept orders over the phone. Please contact our customer service center at 562-923-4290.

2.  How can I check on my order?

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also visit to Adorefashion.net and click the Track your package link to check the status of your order. You can also email our customer service center at Info@adorefashion.net 

3.  What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

Items that are not shown on the website are out of stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item or Sku number is necessary to check the inventory.

4.  How quickly do you ship?

Orders are processed 6 days a week excluding holidays. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday - Saturday will ship out that same day, except during holidays.

5.  What is the order cancellation process?

Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.

6.  Is my credit card number and information secure?

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any information that we collect (e.g . name, address, phone number, e-mail, or credit card information) will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is a part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so.

7.  What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.
